Everything was nice, good food and very nice ambience Perfect Stunning view but the Customer service is horrible!! Super New management since 5 months ago.. Foods were very delicious.. Also, the location is beautiful and the panorama is outstanding 🌌 Having said that, I don't appreciate how some negative feedback (by some rare clients) were replied. The room was very clean, with nice furniture and tasteful decoration. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which had a stunning view. Another plus was the on-site restaurant, open until 9:30 pm for last orders, which was very convenient. Of course, the parking too. The lighting in both the room and bathroom was strange and quite poor. There wasn't enough space for our two trolleys, and the restaurant menu had only a few dishes. The TV didn't work (though this wasn't an issue for us). It was also a little cold, and the temperature regulator seemed not to work properly, but we managed by finding an extra blanket in the closet. Wonderfull places!!! Accoglienza e qualità al top! Oltre a garantirci un servizio impeccabile, ci ha anche consigliato cosa visitare nei dintorni, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
