Aparently they have been re-introduced to the area. the grotto itself is nothing special. and if only one language is spoken on the guide, it makes the experience quite disastrous. I don’t recommend coming here What is very interesting is the walk: go up the restaurant, on the left hand side of the road you will find the start of the path, expect 2 1/2 hr if you are a good walker. Sceneries are beautiful. Restaurant is cool too and very quiet. We were the only visitors so had a personal tour. The could speak some English along with our French and she was very personable and helpful. Very friendly in reception too. Good to taste local cheese and wine! Very nice place.
