I feel like wasted the money. I saw the post down there, it remind me of the same experience with the the old short hair lady who work very long there, she also work for upstairs wellness, she was always unfriendly and talk rude and loud and nonsense, we just don’t want to argue with her. Not only me but also my husband and friend experience the same. The lifeguard and young lady are good, other staff are no issue. The place is convenient to us. But those poorly information and some weird staff make me give this rating Nice and clean indoor swimming pools & slides. Older lady at the reception not very friendly/helpful, limit rude. The place poorly organized, not clean. I guess the place was too full for the staff to keep the place clean. In addition they charge for babies to wear secure bathing suit (no poop in the pool) which is great! However they do not make sure everyone respect the practice, which is not so great :( My family and I had a wonderful time here. There’s 2 water slides, a with waves, a hot tub, toys and more. There’s also a spa, but I have not been there myself. It’s not a big place, but a fun place, where you can relax and have fun or get some exercise! Any age group would enjoy the pool, sauna and activities. It is clean and has a good air and water temperature. The cafe is simply providing essential food which has been very convenient for our family with small children. You basically don’t need to get more than a bottle of water inside.
