Just for the view alone, this place is worth a visit. For the walkers, it's a great spot with plenty of trails to follow across Exmoor. Camping overnight is not allowed and fired are banned. Raised grilles and fire puts are allowed, but be responsible. The spot is monitored by National trust so behave. One of the short from Webbers post takes you to the Jubilee hut. Another lovely view spot and worth the 10mins walk. It's wheelchair accessible too. Lovely views lovely walks. Limited facilities, so nothing detracts from the aching wildness. Stunning views! Lots of including an 'easy access' park for those with prams or wheelchairs etc. Huge car park and further, smaller car parks down the road! No rubbish bins that I could see so be sure to take rubbish bag with you. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here! Great view over the valley with plenty of parking, a level well made path to the Jubilee hut. But also may leading off into Horner's woods, and beyond. Parking is free! Webber's post is a beautiful place to go. There are many scenic with streams along the way. It is a steep climb down and back up, but you can get the bottom by car if needed. Miles of paths, great views, short path for wheelchairs. Brilliant place! Awsome views, lovely walks. I use it to start my MTB rides, excellent trails close to tea rooms and ice cream and not too far from Dunkery Beacon!
