In the middle of nowhere so not much atmosphere. Popped in as thought place looked nice. Was i wrong really unfriendly place, looked at me like had 3 heads. Very over priced food and drinks. Amazing find on my business trip back south from Scotland, service was amazing (Chris) and loved the food (Luke) Room was very clean couldn't find fault with anything and I stay in a lot of hotels. Will be back :) Stayed for one night with my elderly mother and everyone was so kind. She has mobility problems and found the few stairs difficult but we were given the nearest room to top of stairs and it was very comfortable and roomy with ample space to move around. Everywhere was clean and tidy and beds were very comfortable. Incidentally upon initial booking I was told there was no lift installed and it was my choice to continue with the booking They weren’t very helpful in changing the booking date. But the experience and accommodation was perfect. Very nice rooms, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, and the breakfast with service was impeccable. I would recommend.
