We had recently lost our loving frenchie, and donated his food and toys to the charity, while their we was able to sit on the memorial garden where a cat sat on my leg and helped with my grieving process. Please support them These guys do amazing job here for all of the animals, we went to the Christmas fair so they could raise money for the animals. It was lovely to see so many people there raising money for such a great course. Dropped my neighbours dog off as he had a heart attack so the hospital arranged for them to dog sit for a week. Nice big premises from what we saw Me and my partner have been to Woodside a few times now and the animals are very well looked after here. The staff are so nice and friendly! We already have two cats at the moment but if we could have more we definitely would adopt from Woodside 😊 Wonderful place. We made a few donations of cat toys and had a look at the wonderful well cared for cats. Wanted to take these home. We got Nina and Pip from woodside 12 years ago, Nina is still doing well and very happy. Like I said wonderful place. Christmas fair today. Loved seeing the cats and kittens. Always want to take them home. Myself and my boyfriend adopted the most loving cat from Woodside a couple of weeks ago, what the staff do at Woodside is nothing short of amazing. Thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ Staff are nice & friendly, we got our dog Maya from there & 3 years ago we also got Billie & Suggs from Woodside. Amazing staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and nothing was too much for any of the staff. We're able to be flexible with us on meet and greet times to accommodate school and work times. They matched us perfectly. An absolutely amazing charity.I have had 5 dogs over the years from Woodside and they all hold a special place in my heart.I have felt privileged to have had the opportunity to make all my dogs part of my family . Highly disappointed when popping into Woodside for a chat regarding being interested in adopting a dog. The lady at the desk seemed to be making it her vital duty to put us off! Felt very judged as a young couple walking in there and stating we liked a particular dog but that we are open to any that would fit our situation. We are luckily in a financial and timely circumstance where we would love to rehome a deserving dog, rather than purchase a puppy. We felt unwelcome and that we would never be considered to give a dog a great, loving home. Hopefully Woodside read this and change their attitude to strangers coming in and enquiring about trying to do something good. Very very very disappointed. They do such good work here, the staff are lovely- I adopted my dog from here and they have been so supportive and caring. We adopted our dog just over a month ago and the entire process was brilliant. The team were always friendly and willing to help ,giving us guidance when we adopted our dog and afterwards when we have needed it. I would highly recommend Woodside the work they do is fantastic!!
