HOWEVER, the room that I had for the night was clean, relatively comfortable, had modern AC and I think a newly refurbished wet room which was smart and nice. The food there was well cooked, a generous portion and good value for money. BUT the most important think for me was the hospitality of the and owners. The were really friendly and attentive, making sure that my stay was really good. The owners, went well above and beyond to help me out and ensuring my stay was pleasant and that I had something to take to eat before 6am. Would recommend staying here if in the area. Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff, food (Sunday roast) was well prepared and five different veggies all done perfectly. Very reasonable prices for a bonus. Good selection off beers. It's on a main road and they have good parking. Could do with tidying up the small garden area are the front. Stopped off mid week for lunch. Pub located on busy main road near Tenbury Wells. cheerful and friendly. Food arrived promptly and was nice. Worth a stop over. Nice country pub, reasonable prices excellent service, good food. My friend had Gluten free Popped in on our way to Wales for a quick pit stop , lovely pub with the friendliest of & a wide range of drinks , locals were very friendly as well , highly reccomend if passing 😀 Very nice and welcoming on arrival, nice big beds, unfortunately couldn’t stay to try the breakfast but offered a packed lunch to take with me! Very thoughtful and nice gesture, would stay again Fantastic Sunday dinner, even came with cauliflower cheese which was a bonus. Large portion, I wasnt able to finish it. Large Yorkshire pudding. Friendly, attentive staff. Would highly recommend. Went for Sunday lunch today...warm welcome with excellent service. Food was amazing and a generous portion. Highly recommend.
