Great pub! Booked in for Sunday lunch and it was absolutely lovely. Excellent food in a beautifully traditional setting, and looked after by really nice people. We all had the roast lamb which was delicious, and generously accompanied by fresh vegetables and the best cauliflower cheese I've had in years. All our desserts were fabulous too; mine being the Hot Ginger Sponge Pudding... No messing about here; banging flavour and plenty of it. Lush! Really enjoyed the Greek inspired menu. The food was super tasty and portion sizes very generous. Loved the Goram IPA Zero they had on tap as well. We took our dog Luca who was made to feel very welcomed as well. Lovely place. Food was great and so are the staff! Very dog friendly which way great for us. What an amazing place! Probably the best Greek food we’ve had outside of Greece. The mains were full of flavour and lovely sized portions, but make sure you save room for the dessert! A lovely gem of a pub, attentive staff and genuinely nice owners. It is dog friendly too which is always a bonus. Had a fantastic night out on the Monday. Rang ahead to see if ok to stay in our Moho. Arrived and was told we could stay on the grassed area behind the Pub as the Carpark might get busy. It was Open Mic night and although the Kitchen was closed they had made a very nice Vegetable Curry that everyone could enjoy. The people who got up to play were amazing and especially at the end when they had a Jamming session. What a lot of Talent there was in that room. Thoroughly enjoyed, everyone was very welcoming and only wish we could come here more often. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend. Popped by totally spontaneously on our way driving through and the food totally blew us away, some of the best greek food we’ve had… maybe ever. The calamari was incredible, chunky, clearly fresh and breaded, and the morrocan chicken tagine and schwarma chicken were unbelievable. Warm cosy fire, great service and adorable dogs were bonus. Wow! Who would’ve thought that you could sit in the most traditional English pub, and enjoy the best Greek food? The warmest welcome, followed by great wine, then food that transports you to a Mediterranean coast, whilst sat in front of a log burner… in a pub! Amazing! Thank you so much. We had an amazing time. We decided to pop down on a Wednesday night and enjoy the live music they had on. Before the music started we ordered, off the menu, some delicious Greek meals. Once we finished a fabulous local band called Molly Gone Mad, played an excellent Jazz/funk set to accompany lovely drinks which kept us in much longer than we anticipated. I would highly recommend for the food, music, drinks and atmosphere.
