The fact that the dish was prepared by the chef and then personally served to my table by the chef herself made me feel incredibly special! It was such a kind and unforgettable gesture. Having that delicious toast was amazing, it made me feel happy and genuinely impressed. The presentation was excellent, the greens were fresh, the cheese was generous and tasty. I could only eat this much, but I truly loved it. The waiters were attentive and friendly. I had tried the brownie and coffee before. I wish they had iced coffee too, but there was iced tea, so that worked for now. The place has an authentic, laidback, and characterful vibe. I don’t know much about the butcher’s section, but there’s a butcher working nonstop he never takes a break! If he did, I think the meat would come to life and try to butcher him instead. (Revenge is butchery eaten hot) There are jams, various products,lots to discover. The parking space is great, but I walked here. I keep walking and walking… Come at me, I’m not afraid! Lovely and friendly staff who have good knowledge of the meat they are selling. The meat sold here is really good quality and we have been coming back on a weekly basis. We got here quite early so managed to get a seat straight away. Staff were helpful. Good clear choices for Vegans and Vegetarians. Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. Good cake selection too. Not the biggest of farm shops but a reasonable selection of goods of good quality. A good general selection of meat. The chops had plenty of fat on but a small amount of bone had not been removed from the boneless chops. Reasonable value. Not for me worth a 20 minute drive. Easter Compton Farm Shop Cafe is truly an amazing place! Every visit is a treat, with their wonderful coffee brewed to perfection and generous slices of cake that are simply delicious. The service is consistently great, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. What's more, the cafe is always spotlessly clean, creating a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. It's definitely a must-visit! Around 20 of us descended on the café on Saturday morning. We had prebooked and given our menu choices. The drinks order was taken first and a jug of water and cups were left on the table. The drinks came out in a timely manner followed by the food. No errors, all perfectly cooked. The sausages were gorgeous! The young ladies who waited on us did a sterling job. Top marks Had pastries from the farm shop, and cakes to take away from the cafe and they were really good. Reasonably priced. Great service too! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We mentioned we were planning a barbecue later, and they thoughtfully prepared everything—slicing the meat into perfect portions and packing it all neatly with ice.
