I was nervous about leaving Suzy at a dog hotel, but I found this place on Google Maps and gave it a shot because of the reviews. So far, I’m really happy! The staff is super friendly, the transport service is a big help, and the photos and videos they send make it easier to be away from her. She looks so there! I also love that she doesn’t mix with the other dogs—she’s friendly, but you never know how other dogs might act. Very impressed with everything! Our two dogs were well looked after at the Pet Residence. We appreciate how easy and efficient it is to communicate with you. The pick-up and drop-off were seamless, and we’re grateful for the you took of our dog! Excellent and wonderful stay for Mischef (beagle 4.5 years old) always. Highly loving and taking team at Fabiss. Well maintained and super well managed facility to leave your pets tension free. Kika has stayed in Fabiss 3 times, now, for 2 weeks at a time. I visited the hotel before, got a full tour which was a very big plus for me! Booking is super easy, I always receive the loveliest pictures, and they are always acommondating of last minute changes, like delayed flights. The most amazing thing, however, is that Kika is always very to see the staff, when I drop her off, or pick her up, and I get to set up her space with whatever she needs For sure we are coming back! I have let my dog at Fabiss résidence several times since I moved to Timisoara and every time my dog returned home and healthy. They have a few different hosting options so you can choose what is best for your dog. My dog is always to see the people working there which is a proof they take good of her. Also the spaces are always clean. They can send you pictures of your animal so you can feel at peace when you are away. Locatie mare, curata, personal empatic. Cand am luat cainele mirosea a curat. Sunt multumit si ma bucur sa stiu ca il pot lasa si pe viitor in siguranta. The genuine for the animals is easily noticed in all interactions, in the clean facility, helpful people working there, the location amenities. We will for sure be back! Probably the best pet hotel in Western Romania. We dropped Lizzie here for 8 days and everything was fine with her when he got her back. Many paddocks available regarding pet owner wishes for its pet, some are for large dog breeds, medium breeds and so on. It's always a pleasure to leave our dog here and then see her coming back and in a good mood! We've left her several times here even a long term (4 weeks) and she always comes back in a good shape and healthy. Fabiss Team has people who always were in touch with us to make sure we know she is doing great. Condițiile sunt excelente, iar comunicarea cu echipa impecabilă — primim mereu vești și poze, ceea ce ne face să plecăm liniștiți, știind că e pe mâini bune. Se vede că le pasă cu adevărat de animale. Recomand cu toată încrederea! Câinele nostru Millo, a ajuns la Fabiss pentru prima dată.Fiind atașat de noi, eram îngrijorați de momentul despărțirii. Pot să spun ca după 5 zile, când ne-am reîntors , am găsit un câine vesel și fericit să ne revadă .Personalul de la Fabiss a avut grijă să treacă mai ușor peste despărțire, a îngrijit , a ieșit la plimbare, a avut parte de afecțiune.Am primit poze și confirmări ca animăluțul nostru bine.Cu siguranță vom reveni în septembrie, când avem planificată o perioadă mai mare de vacanță.Multumim tuturor și recomandăm Fabiss cu multă încredere!
