Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Expensive for kids to get in, rarely anywhere to sit as so busy but let in more than realistically fit. Food is extremely over priced and not nice (bring your own isn't allowed) I would really suggest eating somewhere else. 1 can of Coke is £3! The whole place has gone downhill over the years and got pricier and staffed by younger and younger staff. The music is so loud that they can't hear a word that you say (bet they don't have a license for it either). The kids is not at all and the previous 3 visits have been the same where most of the areas smell like urine. This is our final visit as there are much better and much more reasonable areas. It would be zero stars if possible. I took my 6 old son and his cousin here yes I paid about £21 to get in , this place has no 2 hour rules like other places , it's has unlimited coffee £6.95 per person If remember right . Every where was ,tidy and modern, Food looked fantastic £2 slush everywhere always doing stuff, I could not find fault here and I've been all over the country visiting friends and family and meeting them in these places, it dose get very busy but dose quite down but I would say this place is Excellent and possible the best in the for kids as well as adults 👍💪👍💪 Very disappointed with my visit today, did not have a booking and was not warned how busy inside was. I was looking for a table for an easy 10 minutes, if I had seen there was no seating when I first arrived I would not had bothered, but you can’t see inside until you have paid. Very dirty toilets, tables and the itself. Large running everywhere with their shoes on. Will not be returning. I would say they are the best to ho too. After being let down by swimming being booked wrong by the company, jungle adventure let us in for free and saved our day from being ruined. The are great and we go alot and its already clean. I used to love this and praised it as clean, bright and spacious but unfortunately it’s really gone down hill! Firstly, the equipment is so run down, bits of it falling apart and just looks old now. In the toddler there’s bits that won’t even stay together anymore as the Velcro is so worn. I also found a half eaten packet of white chocolate buttons in the baby and then consequently found random white chocolate buttons around the too. I quickly disposed of them before my 16 month old ate them! I was sat at my table eating and there was a huge fan behind me up high which was fine until I realised we were getting bits of dust blow onto our table! Gross! I just feel in general that the place needs a bit of a refresh, I know the are often seen cleaning the equipment on the many Facebook posts I see but it doesn’t take away from the fact that it looks and feels dirty where it’s all looking so old and tired. I won’t be as there’s plenty of other plays that charge LESS for better quality equipment. Have an annual subscription and works great for my 1 old. Few comments that might improve the experience. The indoor smell is not very nice - I think is the carpeting The music - too loud and upbeat sometimes which I found to be too much in an overstimulating environment. Please please if you revise your playlist would be amazing. Otherwise great place for kids and parties We are new to the and I thought we’d check out Jungle Adventure. My one old and I lasted about two minutes here. The 0-5 zone that I went to had older in it, which I know can be expected but you’d think would be aware of this and would make an effort to keep babies and safe before an accident happens, rather than wait for one to be entered into the accident book. Surely members should have some sort of responsibility in an establishment like this? Luckily, we didn’t encounter an injury as we weren’t in there long enough, but had we stayed any longer then I’m pretty sure it would have happened. I appreciate is for all ages, but if you have age appropriate zones, then surely it’s the responsibility of to man that and not the parents. How are you meant to find the parents of the if they aren’t even sitting anywhere near them? After complaining, I got told I could have TWO free visits. Financially, this makes no sense at all. The duration in which I got told this was valid for also rapidly decreased from the time I requested a refund at the till, to having a further email conversation about it a week or two later. Initially, I got told that my two free visits would be valid for two years. After an email conversation, I then got told three months. I’d have much preferred to get a refund, especially after making it pretty clear I wouldn’t be returning. If I’d gone to a shop and bought an item that I wasn’t happy with and had the receipt, then I’d get a duration of time in which I could get my money back……a little greedy if you ask me. My money is still sat on the system and surely if a customer is dissatisfied then they’re entitled to some rights? I will never be due to the lack of understanding. I would understand that a refund wouldn’t be possible if I was in the building for a substantial amount of time, not two minutes. Our little girl had her birthday party at jungle adventure. The were so amazing and helpful, she had the best time. Would highly recommend! equipment was OK, but the children's lunch was disappointing and unappetising. Did not feel like value for money. Awful, went there for first time today with my one old, not only was it so so so busy like Insanely busy I tried playing in the “baby” that just wasn’t suitable or safe for my one old even with me sat there due to who are older and bigger then who’s meant to be in there keep running in out, jumping/climbing on and over the equipment. At one point a child practically jumped over my sitting playing 1 olds head into the ball pit nearly kicking him as he did so. There was plenty of walking past etc but no one was doing or saying anything. It’s not managed at all. I even said to a few older “there’s babies playing in here be careful please!” And they said “oh” and proceed to do the unsafe stuff they were doing. (Also got an iced which was the worst I’ve ever had) we left within 20 minutes maximum asked for a refund as unsafe unmanaged and couldn’t and was told we will be emailed with “credit” to come back however from this experience I don’t have any intention of returning. The place has gone downhill and prices have risen. £12.49 for one adult and a 2.5 old. The areas are patched with black tape in lots of places and it doesn't seen very clean. Kids running riot and unsupervised. (only 2 in my recent visit) looked bored stiff. I'll not be going back unfortunately. Parents not supervising their kids, all glued to their mobile phones. Came to jungle adventure the other day with friend. I have a 3 old and a 5 month old, had to pay £5 for a 5 month old to literally sit at the table with me as he can’t do much get. This place is OVER priced no wonder if was so quiet. The looking miserable and made to every two seconds (hoovering the same within 5 mins) because the owner (bloke) was speaking to them with a agressive tone. Won’t be returning, shame as the is lovely but environment and price isn’t Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
