Originally I wanted just a coffee. However, unseeing the food I decided to stay to eat lunch. The food was very traditional but it was a great decision, food and service was excellent. If I lived nearby, I would go every week. I cannot recommend the highly enough. We found this gem of a whilst en route to another town, and stopped on the off chance that they could accommodate 15 of us. The staff went out of their way to seat us all. The lunch was absolutely superb, 3 courses and an amazing choice of menu. We loved it so much that we returned two days later to enjoy another super lunch. My entree was shirred egg which was new to me and was amazingly good. The steak was lovely and they made fruit desserts with their own recepie. They had a waiter who could speak English and he was extremely helpful and polite and engaged with us a lot. The place was very lovely. Overall, we were really happy with the choice of this restaurant.
