The is very clean, warm and well guarded, and the machines in the gym are absolutely latest technology - and the staff are simply wonderful! The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is the cafe... I've spent hours in here at all times of day and am yet to see a member of staff in the weights room checking on things, putting weights back, or doing any cleaning. As a result members don't bother keeping the place tidy and it's a complete mess. A colleague of mine came down for a swim and vowed never to return because the area and changing rooms were so dirty. Well signposted, very accessible. Awful experience here, the was absolutely filthy, lifeguards about as much use as a chocolate teapot! Receptionist kept giving an answer for everything like as if we was lying about our experience. 7 kids in the not accompanied by an adult and they was purposely causing trouble one even purposely elbowed me in the head and another kicked me in the stomach and the lifeguard was to busy looking at the ceiling to do anything then when we finished and complained had the cheek to say they was doing nothing wrong and that she was watching them the whole time! Will never go back to this place again! The gym needs to be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. Customers wipe the equipment after use but the machines, the lord, skirting board etc all need cleaning. There is never a member of staff in the gym either, customers have to ask each other for help, a man fell off the treadmill & there was no-one to help him except us.
