My relatives have a small tourer situated here so I visited for the first time.. Lovely drive to the park... The is right on the coast and you can view Holyhead ferry port and watch the boat's coming across from Dublin across the bay... Beautiful well maintained site.. facilities for the and children are fantastic.. Childrens park.. swimming pool.. toilet and shower block.. lovely and clean.. Small shop for essentials.. Absolutely beautiful place...loved it Amazing Campsite with nice beach and fabulous seaside look specially at sunset. The whole is very clean, organized, paved, leveled, good grass and a very clean toilets. It has everything you need, toilets, hot showers, washing room, laundry room, games room, heated pool, kid’s playground, chemical disposal, not bad Wi-Fi {but not so good either} and a shop of basics. I had an argument once arrived as I requested a sea view pitch but found myself at toilets area. They should inform me that before booking and confirmation. You must use a key card to use every facility in the camp including the entrance gate, however, they give one card only for the family, so we had to swap each time, and we struggled a lot to deal with that specially when two or more persons want to go toilets or any other facility. Pool is not free, and you must pay to use it, £1.5 per kid and £2.0 per adult. Kids need an adult to supervise them as there is no lifeguard over there. All of that made the pool useless for us. This campsite is very posh, aristocratic and a little bit pricey in my opinion, so tent campers like me may not like it a lot, however, the place is amazing and worth the try. Best I have ever been on We didn't go the caravan as privately owned pitches but the beach on the doorstep was fabulous for seeing Holyhead amd for the dogs to run free Easily the best pitch we have had for sea views and access to the sea for the kids. We loved it, the was very clean and friendly, it seems to be mostly seasonal caravan pitches so it didn't seem there were many touring pitches, we were lucky to get space on the headland but did have to brave the 50mph winds for a night. There is a great sandy beach and the water seemed very safe. There are 2 shops with one slightly bigger at the adjacent site. We looked at many sites to accommodate our of four prior to finding Penrhyn Bay, we absolutely fell in love with the place and every visit doesn't dissapoint, it is the most well kept I've come across, I have not once seen any litter or dog mess anywhere on the park, the grass is always kept cut and tidy, the shower/toilet facilities are immaculate, hot showers and the warmth hits you when you open the door to go in, no shivering when you get out of the shower, I have never once gone into a loo and there wasnt any paper, it is constantly topped up.. the toilets are spotlessly clean and smell it too. It has an on laundry, pot washing station, waste disposal, 2 immaculate disabled toilet/showers, games room for rainy days with snooker tables, etc, an out door tennis court, football pitch with amazing views, a very well maintained with sand pit and a lovley indoor swimming pool and a great little shop with all your essentials. It has just about everything we wanted and needed to suit our 2 children who have autism, they have made some amazing friends, everyone is and each look out for each other when needs be. We are so blessed to have found this place, the beaches which surround the are stunning offering sandy beaches, rock pools, dog beaches, perfectly safe for kayaks, paddle boarding and swimming for adults and kids, there is ample space to jet ski, or take a sailing or fishing boat out and my most favourite of all is collecting up sea glass treasures... the sunsets here are the best ever and my boy loves to go and take pictures of the sunsets overlooking Holyhead port while he watches the Stena and Irish ferries coming in and out, he has also been lucky enough to catch a few cruise ships coming into port. My love coming to visit and we have already made so many memories here.. Penrhyn Bay also have many charity events which raise funds for Hope house children's charity including a book stall which is known as Kaths book stall which sell donated books, bric and brac toys etc with all proceeds going to Hope house, this is outstanding in more ways than one a truly beautiful and dog place to give your children those childhood memories every child should have. (Yes I love love love this place 😂😉) Our 2nd visit and confirmed that the 1st wasn't a fluke. Love this place, we invited friends this time & they enjoyed it too. We'll all be back again soon. The is absolutely amazing, beautiful scenery, spotless facilities, & helpful staff. And the visitors are very much orientated & too. Can't wait for our next visit. 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Last minute decision to go camping with the kids and was made very welcome we where asked if we would like to be on headland which gave us perfect access to the bay so kids could go rock pooling in clear view of our tent which was great made use of onsite shop /games room and the the club house on Sandy beach is a short walk through the all in all couldn't of asked for more thanks for a lovely weekend break Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
