When the tide is in there isn't much sand available but there's a lovely path that goes along the length of the beach. There's a small shop selling fish and chips and ice-creams. There's a toilet block at the end of the too. There's also an Iron Age Hilfort which is definitely worth a climb!! Very popular in summer but also a great place any time of the year if the weather's bad in Snowdonia. Plenty of car parking which is free if you drive north towards the 'airport'. Great views into Snowdonia and of the Llyn peninsula hills aka the Rivals. Great place to visit lovely beaches some are dog friendly, great cafes and one that is definitely worth a visit is at the airport serving nice food you can watch the planes helicopters coming and going while having a drink.
