Disappointed and Won’t Be Returning I used to really enjoy this wine bar a few years ago — it had charm, great value, and a fantastic atmosphere. Sadly, it’s gone downhill badly. The quality just isn’t there anymore, and the prices have crept up to the point where it no longer feels remotely worth it. The staff were, frankly, quite strange — not welcoming or attentive, which only added to the awkwardness of the visit. It’s a real shame, as this place once had so much potential. Thankfully, there are far better options in Scalea now for both wine and atmosphere. I won’t be going back. Wonderful for an afternoon cocktail,snack or amazing gelato.
