Great location near the sea with good view and fresh air. Beautiful surroundings and neatly trimmed landscaping. Great place. The theater is aging but clean and comfortable. We saw an amazing national ballet performance. Went to see an mid-day Kinky Boots show. I am out of words: the show was fantastic. I could have sat through Wednesdays magicflute with ear plugs and still would have loved it. And its not the first time. If you dont mind opera (I love it) and want to see people appear from nothing, flying and maybe on fire - while singing, THIS is the opera house to come to. But please note that they dont have operas more than maybe once a year (so maybe not an opera house so much...) Also many of the singers are very very good. 15/10 will go again Great acoustics.
