A bit difficult to get to one has to drive by on the lower road that passes by to the next town and then backtrack up the hill. It's more like a fortress than a church. Besonders erwähnenswert: Die Kreuzigungsgruppe von Johann Valentin Neudecker (1666-1718), das Büstenreliquiar des Heiligen Lubentius, zwei Seitenaltäre im Hadamarar Barockstil, der barocke Orgelprospekt und mehrere Statuen aus unterschiedlichen Epochen. Ansonsten wirkt die Kirche etwas nüchtern und langweilig. Man hat sie quasi zu Tode "reromanisiert". Insbesondere der Chorbereich wirkt ziemlich leer. Sie wird ursprünglich im Inneren bunt ausgemalt gewesen sein mit Bildzyklen aus der Passion oder Heiligenviten, so wie das noch gut erhaltene Kirchen der Romanik zeigen. Die Kirche ist tagsüber zum Gebet geöffnet. Very beautiful church by river Lahn Wunderschöne alte Kirche auf einem Felsen über der Lahn gelegen. Bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit ein tolles Fotomotiv. Zur Zeit ist sie leider eingerüstet, damit Schäden an der Fassade und dem Dach behoben werden können. Voraussichtlich soll sie 2025 wieder vollständig einsehbar sein.
