Io penso che chi gestisce o lavora, in qualsiasi campo, in rapporto con il pubblico non dovrebbe assumere certi atteggiamenti. Più di qualche volta ho assistito a scene da parte della verso il personale (che dura come un gatto in tangenziale) ma stamattina ho assistito ad una sceneggiata sgradevole con un cliente solo perché aveva chiesto gentilmente di tagliare una brioche a metà....
