Definitely will stop again What a cracking little shop on the A9 at Portskerra where you can stop for an all important ice cream 🍦 to cool you down on a scorching day. A good choice of various flavours are available at a competitive price and you can either have it in a cone or wafer, brilliant 👏 The staff are really friendly and you can have a nice wee chat with them whilst you're being served. Payments by either cash or card which is good as well and there's good car parking available outside as well as some bench tables to sit at if you've got children. Brilliant toasty and chocolate was excellent. The ladies are really friendly, so helpful and some great advice about where to visit locally. We stopped at Coastline Coffee for a coffee and toastie. However, after seeing the choice of scones, we couldn't resist having those too! I had a cheese scone and my husband had a blueberry scone with 'the works"! It was loaded with thick cream and lemon curd which he said was delicious 😋 My cheese scone was scrumptious, definitely the best I've tasted 🥰 Thank you Catriona and Jennifer and keep up the amazing food and service 😁 Amazing scones, take any of them with the 'works'!! Decaf coffee and tea are also available, a rare find with a view. Friendly staff with good recommendations. The little coffee shop is a perfect stopping place along the NC500. I had a cappucino and I was not disappointed, it was a delicious drink with plenty of chocolate on top. I would definitely recommend. It is lovely to sit outside as well and take in the view.
