The garlic bread appetizer is a must try! Most probably the food and service is super great, but as we don't carry cash we couldn't try any of it. Such a shame in 2024 for so popular place. Very nice place, big dishes, super meal! My family love's to spend few moments here while we are going to visit Jurmala. It is perfect place to kill our hungry buddy's in our stomach;) Huge portions, great value, good food. Try their chicken schnitzel with chips for a treat. Tasty and fresh food. The portion sizes were bigger than expected, the half portion dish should be enough for one person. I recommend the “osīša” porkchop, their signature dish. Their boiled and then fried potatoes were amazing, much better than the fries. Overall amazing quality and portion size for the price. The staff was quite Latvian in their behaviour - warm when you talk to them, but wont bother you on their own - and I find that to be an extra heap of Latvian authenticity for the whole experience. Only downside is that they only accept cash.
