The one my son drove was out of alignment so much you could see the front tires pointing outwardly and the tires were worn out. Also the "guide" backed his ATV into a parked car, then later bounced off a guardrail, then later lost control and went off the road. Lastly, the was supposed to see 3 lakes and be 2-2.5 hrs; we saw no lakes and the was less than 2 hours. Worst ever. We were a group, which paid for Rafting, Zip-line and lunch. Not all of us were speaking Serbian or English, and we specifically paid extra to stay as a since our guide was able to translate and solve problems... Meanwhile, the problem called "Infinity Adventure" was unsolvable... We paid extra, but were treated as average. They completely forgot we are a and started putting us to different boats, okay we resolved this, even if other tourists were unhappy, we paid for an instructor speaking our language, but he took another boat.. as result half of us were hardly understanding our guy... Zip-line never happened, because the manager was trying to economy on logistics and decided to split our between 2 cars, which was completely unacceptable, and again, we paid extra... As result, the day was completely ruined.. and I hope they will at least return us money. For average tourists this company is probably okay, but I didn't get this... If you are a of people, even don't try.. they will take your money, and you will never get what you want. Easy to book (via Google messenger) and really fast. We had to wait about 40 Minutes after our request. The 2-2,5hour was amazing. First spending some on Regular, less frequented roads so we could get to know the ATV. Afterwards we Headed to the forrest to a lovely view point of Tara canyon, which we wouldnt have found without the Tour. We had really good offroad experiences with steep passages, big obstacles and so on. The Guide always looked for one if needed help. I know offroading from my 4x4 car, but this was another (fun) - whole other Level. It Was my first driving an ATV and i had a really good with offroading but also with the sightseeing. We headed a bit Deeper in the forrest with some challenging routes, just to turn around and drive them again. I guess the guide choose different routes depending on your individual skills. With the you will have good offroad/atv experiences but also good sightseeing. The last Spot was a viewpoint, where you could See the Black Lake, zablja and the mountains and was one of the best views I had in the area. I can highly this Tour! Thanks for the great experience! We did the best ATVing of our lives with Infinity Adventure! My hubby & I opted for the longer (2-2.5 hours) at 130€ per person and it was worth every penny. Arranging the was very straightforward - much easier to communicate with than some other services in town. Infinity Adventure was able to to accommodate us the same day, and we ended up with a private with just the two of us and our instructor Mina, who was awesome. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and we had a blast rippin it through the countryside. Also included a couple stops at very picturesque lakes. Highly to anyone in the area! 2024. Július 21.-én voltunk Zabljakban és egy nagyon jó quad túrán voltunk. A 3 órás vezetett túra alatt sok helyen jártunk. Képeket és videókat is készítettek rólunk,amiket utólag megkaptunk. The booking process was seamless - I contacted the manager through WhatsApp, and they quickly arranged a two-hour ATV for the next morning. Our guides were true professionals who arrived right on and took us on an exhilarating journey through the snow. The entire showed their expertise and commitment to safety while ensuring we had a fantastic time. Their knowledge and professionalism made the adventure even more enjoyable. Terrible service — avoid. When we arrived, another waited over 30 minutes for their ATVs and left frustrated. They were told it would take 10 minutes. No one apologized or cared. We had to visit their office twice just to book canyoning — they don’t respond online. Our driver was 25 minutes late, we waited under the blazing sun. Again, no apology. During canyoning, the guides didn’t properly instruct the group. The last 4 people were consistently left behind and ignored. Guides rushed us constantly, even though our was small and fast — it ruined the experience. At the end, we had to hike 2.5 km uphill (30 min) with no water or snacks, while other groups were given drinks and sweets. Our guides always walked far ahead and rarely waited. Would not recommend. We had a great quading the 3 lake tour. A good mix of offroading and relaxed driving. Amazing views, great guides, and overall quality of the trip. Highly recommend. Also, speedy organisation - we messaged around 11, we were on quads at 13. The only thing was that out of 3 lakes we were only able to visit 1. To one the road is closed for quads and the other requires a 2km walk as far as we understood. Best of luck to the team in the upcoming season! Die an sich war richtig gut! Ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Unser Tourguide war auch sehr sympathisch und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Leider war der Spaß zu ende als dann nach der ein viel höherer Preis gefordert wurde als vereinbart. Da nur der Tourguide vor Ort war und dieser nichts von der Vereinbarung wusste, wurde der Chef angerufen. Mit dem Chef haben wir lange diskutiert und sogar Screenshots von dem E-Mail verlauf geschickt wo der vereinbarte Preis klar zu sehen ist. Der Chef hat seinen Fehler nicht eingesehen und uns dann vorgeworfen das wir ihn betrügen. Zum Schluss hat er sogar noch den Miesen Schachzug gemacht, dass er meinte das wir den vereinbarten Preis zahlen sollen und dass der Tourguide den Rest zahlen sollte. Sehr sehr uncool und echt dreckig. Wenn ihr eine fahrt dann bezahlt unbedingt vor der Tour, damit sowas nicht passiert. Die wird euch dann sehr gefallen. The guides were fantastic, giving us some local history and pointing out interesting wildlife along the way. The terrain varied, which kept things exciting, and they made sure to take plenty of stops to let us catch our breath, snap some photos, and take in the views.Excellent ATV-s definitely worth visiting!!! Very responsive and helpful, great bikes. Super fun activity, highly recommend. Great rafting experience. We had a great on our canoynig adventure, guide was proffesional and everything was amazing, a complete expirience. Highly recommend!
