Lithuanian and Russian seem to be the most accessible languages. We didn't try Polish although we could have. Apparently the manager speaks Finnish! Extra points from this Finn for having all the documentation on the walls in Finnish in addition to Lithuanian, English and Russian. Convenient location. Clean. Simple and easy self check-in. Our room had 2 floors, sofa on 1st floor and beds on 2nd floor. We put chairs in-front of staircase at night just in case baby goes wondering and doesn’t fall down from stairs. Beds comfy, was cozy for whole family to sleep together in one room. Bathroom very tiny. Good fridge and big comfy sofa. Breakfast very tasty but only instant coffee, we ordered coffee later from Circle K. We booked a room but when we arrived at the hotel there was a self check in system with a code that we never even received. There were two other men at the door who were also trying to get in contact with the hotel by the phone number that was on the door with a text in 4 different languages. We called multiple times. Those men also called. None of us got in contact with the hotel. Never experienced anything like it. So not even one star. Avoid this hotel.
