Some of the padding is a bit old and needs replacing but doesn't effect anything Our two year old loved it here! were also welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended. Not to pricey for admission or food and drinks. The get interactive with the kids, from playing giant games of hide and seek to conga lines and dancing on stage. I've been many soft plays with my two but none as interactive with the as this one. Also the lighting is not bright inside its calmed with various coloured lighting which adds a cool exciting area for the to play in 😃 I visited here for a family get together, to play lazer tag, and what a great time we had. Mixed ages from 3 to big ;) the were amazing, food was a hit and everyone had lots of fun running around. highly recommended Really enjoy coming especially as my two girls really enjoy coming Overpriced and constantly crying due to being hurt on the equipment. Brought 3 and within 20 minutes all asked if they could leave. Visited many play centres up and down the country and this one, has been the worse. But the customer service is really great ,I am here with my 4 year old and partner and writing this review as my daughter had a little bump and the member went straight to us and really made my daughter smile . There is no gate to the kitchen so small children can easily run in, especially when seated close by as we were. The 0-2 area was filthy, the toys were broken and the carpet was threadbare with holes in it. Highchairs were grimy. I came with a group that included older children who all seemed to have fun just a shame the baby area is so bad as I paid £9 entrance for me and an 11 month old and did not feel we got our money's worth. Great had fun lots available refused entry to multiple familys stating she was on her own and couldn't cope and that no one else was allowed in till 15:15 this was at 2pm, absolutely disgusting member, learn to do your job pathetic, we had always came here in the past and never had a problem it's disappointing to see So impressed with the Halloween event this year! went above and beyond, ensuring all children were involved and became “witches and wizards” by completing all the tasks!!
