Served by English speaking man. we visited today and came for our 1pm reservation. there were not a lot of people in there and the service was great. we would recommend more servers as it was busy after about an hour and clearly some people were not happy with the lack of quick service. the food was very delicious, the portions are big. cheese balls, tacos and shrimp was the apetizer for the table and everything was delicious. the ribs and the salmon were the main dishes, all rich in flavour and very filling. children menu could use a couple of more choices / bigger portions, but it was still delicious. all in all we were very happy with the experience and would definitely come back. keep up with what you do! Impressive service and tasty food! So we had a reservation at the terrace and when we came, I asked about it and one of the waitress said yeah, go upstairs. We went up and there was no reservation sign at any table.. Sat randomly. Would be great to be seated or told to choose any table. Then noone came for a long time and one of the waitress passed by ignoring us (not even giving a meniu). The second time she passes, ignoring us again, we asked her for a meniu. But then noone came again. So had to go to find a and ask him/her to come to take an order. lt took us almost 40 minutes to order. It seems they do not need clients at all.. We would leave, but since it was Friday evening and quite late, we didn't risk to go anywhere else. So finally our order is taken, however, the guy took the order and only after some time informed that they don't have what we want. It would be nice if they would know this information while ordering. Usually when you come to proper places, they tell you what they do not have anymore when they hand the meniu. Last but not least, the didn't come to check if we need anything else or if we would like to pay. Had to go to look for the again. But both times going to look for a there were at least 3 girls behind the bar chatting or checking the phones.. Disappointing experience, the place wasn't even busy. Not recommended, the place should improve on the service if they want to work longer than a season or two. Jie nuoširdžiai stengėsi, linksmi, malonūs ir tikrai padarė mūsų vakarą jaukesnį. Net palikome daugiau arbatpinigių, nes jautėsi, kad jie dirba iš širdies. Tačiau šalia viso grožio ir gerumo liko vienas labai skaudus prisiminimas… Visą vakarą ne kartą klausėme, ar baras dirbs iki 23 val. – ir kiekvieną kartą vaikinai su šypsena atsakydavo: „taip, būkite ramūs, mėgaukitės švente“. Todėl 21:45 dar užsisakėme paskutinius kokteilius, ramiai planuodami juos išgerti ir po truputį judėti namo. Deja, grįžtant iš tualeto, barmenė – šviesi mergina – netikėtai pasakė: „šiandien mes dirbam tik iki 22 val.,gal Jūsų niekas neinformavo jei ką“. Ir nors buvome paskutiniai klientai, nelabai supratome, kodėl ji gali priimti tokius sprendimus lyg būtų vadovė, net nesitarusi ar neatsižvelgusi į tai, ką mums visą vakarą kartojo kolegos. Ir taip staiga 21:45,tik ką užsisakius kokteilius... Viskas vyko skubotai – gėrimai dar tik gaminami, ką tik užsakyta duona neatnešta… teko viską supilstyti į išsinešimo puodelius ir su liudininkais savo paskutinius vestuvinius kokteilius išgerti lauke, prie upės. Nors šalta, nenorėjome ginčytis ar sėdėti iki paskutinės minutės, bet širdyje be galo liūdna – jausmas, kad iš gražios šventės buvome tiesiog išvaryti. Labiausiai gaila, kad per pačią mūsų vestuvių dieną tokia smulkmena sugadino paskutinį vakaro įspūdį. Padavėjas net tyliai pritarė, kad taip elgtis nederėjo, bet akivaizdu, kad sprendimą priėmė ta barmenė. Ir nežinia – kodėl? Ar tikrai ji turėjo teisę nuspręsti, kada klientai turi išeiti, ypač kai kalba eina apie vestuvių šventę? Už dekorą ir už nuostabius padavėjus – nuoširdus ačiū. Bet dėl šito ankstyvo ir netikėto „uždarymo“ paskutinę mūsų šventės akimirką prisiminsime ne su šiluma, o su liūdesiu.
