It's filled with sand, most of the time the water barely reaches your shoulders when you stand (I stood and it reached my ribs-waist area). Be advised that it's full of clams, although you can still go barefoot without a problem. We saw dogs too, it's dog friendly. The lighthouse is also beautiful but inside a restricted area so you can't really go up there. It's not very crowded. Perfect for family with kids. Near the dock with rocks there are crabs it is very fun for kids to catch them. There are toilets, showers and chainging rooms. Near by there is a big kids playground theme castle. Servizio ottimo, pulito, lettini comodi, campi e palestra a disposizione… e nonostante il week end ombrelloni con spazio giusto tra di loro. La prossima volta prendo i lettoni in prima fila. Super consigliato! Speravo fosse la versione di Cavallino della Bau Bau Beach, ma non si può neanche paragonare minimamente. Un recinto con gli ombrelloni per chi ha cani, fine, non è altro. La doccetta per cani, una sola e nascosta in mezzo alle piante scomodissima da usare, per non parlare dell’escremento umano gigante che c’era proprio accanto alla doccia. Quindi anche a pulizia lascia a desiderare… Per aprire una qualsiasi fonte di acqua serve la tessera gratuita, che se ho capito bene ha circa una decina di docce, cosa che con i cani sulla sabbia non ti basterà mai per una giornata. E cosa più importante, i cani non posso andare in acqua! Se devo tenerlo sotto all’ombrellone tutto il giorno…lo tengo a casa con l’aria condizionata. Spiace che a Cavallino non esista una spiaggia attrezzata che sia veramente per cani. La Bau Bau Beach di Jesolo è mille volte meglio, si certo costa di più, ma almeno ha i servizi che servono. bellissimo posto, servizi e tutto, il migliore! Very Nice Ambient, quiet and clean!
