No improvement in support and care Sad 😥 Dette gjelder Tesla generelt. Jeg bestilte en ny hjulkapsel til orginale felger som fulgte bilen som ny via app. Den jeg fikk passet ikke. Jeg har etter dette prøvd å ringe og kontakte Tesla for å få tak i riktig type. Ingen hjelp å få. Hvis det skal være så vanskelig å få hjelp når Tesla roter det til så er dette siste Tesla jeg kjøper. Friendly and always service-minded. Tesla Store Drammen may boast of being one of the best Tesla Stores in Norway, assuring that you get the assistance and help needed when considering your next car. The level of expertise is in a league of its own and they always make sure that you have gotten all the answers needed to make a decision. I can highly recommend this store to others. This was in reference to my Tesla Car being delivered in June 2023. The delivery procedure went as smoothly as was predicted, so it merits extra praise. But their method for handling parked cars is what I considered to be frustrating and unprofessional. My car has numerous bird poop etchings, which I believe were caused by poor washing and maintenance of the new cars from Tesla Drammen. New automobiles with huge bird business marks are disappointing. Wish we could fix this in the future. From my experience the worst Tesla in Norway I have visited (7 or 8). My car after several services was scratched, not fixed, wrongly assembled parts, dirty interior, left some unscrewed bolts, wrongly diagnosed, ignored life-threatening issue with suspension. The some of receptionists were very unpolite (but of course most were polite and friendly) Several times have try to force me to pay for covered by warranty or for in advance prepaid car maintenance. (10 years owner of several Teslas) I really not recommend this ! Probably the worst dealer i have been to. Unreliable delivering unready cars. Not answering phone or emails. STAY AWAY. I hope @tesla start some clean up there... Car was delivered with wrong tire pressure and uneven on all tires, missing caps on wheels, still waiting for an answer about where my summer tires are?? Been over a month. PATHETIC Nice showroom, got the opportunity to see the new cherry colour when it was released in Norway. People working there are great. Free coffee ☕😅 but no free cars sadly Tesla had service... Now the "lounge" is closed and it's not possible to work or wait without waiting in the entrance area. That was not informed to my until after delivery. Wasted 2,5 hours. Canceled my appointment and left. Demand a car or stay away. They also now overestimate any time by a great deal. Two front head light got listed for a full day. Ready before 19.00 and car was delivered at 07.05. Useless. Fantastisk og hyggelige ansatte på Tesla Drammen. Ikinci el araba sipariş verdim. Teslimat 3 hafta sordum.sadece kisa bi bakim yapilacakti. 3 hafta sonunda aa tamam ayarlayip verelim dendi. 4 kez Nannestad dan gelmek zorunda kaldim. De tar ikke opp telefon når man ringer! Bilen min for my skade fra servicen hver gang jeg drar ditt kommer jeg hjem med ny skade på bilen!!! Og en tar ikke telefon når man ringer!! Appen virker ikke heller.. helt sikt!!! I showed up unannoced and asked for help. One guy there, Patrick was amazing. He did take his time and helped me with my new Tesla. He followed up with me the day after and made the process go faster. They do a great job. Always brilliant service. Here you will get the most trusted supplier in the industry. All agreed work done on time and loan car when needed. I am impressed. Rune If I could give zero starts I would. You treat people like you guys are doing a favor by selling Teslas. When the reality is different. No, showing the car, just handling the keys. No introduction of the car, features etc. Literally anything. If my husband would not know how to open a Tesla, drive the car, or even locate his car he would have been there waiting and lost. No!!! That’s not my friends. When you sell a car you literally congratulate the buyer, show him/her the car etc. Make the feel special at the least. I am so disappointing. Tesla it is an American company but clearly the at this particular locations doesn’t reflect that. My husband was handle the car, and that’s it.
