Slightly long wait time if you don't go super early. It took us 45 minutes to enter. Nice experience inside for the adults as well as the kids. Pools are nice. 3-4 hours are usually enough here - we didn't stay long even though we had a day pass. Parking is free. Portions in the cafeteria are quite small, especially the chicken nuggets. Food taste was alright. I love this place. I spend a whole day enjoy this place. Swimming and Sauna. Very relaxing, not crowded, and a lot of attractions to do. Streaming, fountain, wave like in a beach, waterfalls etc. I love waterfalls, because somehow they feels like massage, and I live to do that for my back. And I love the jacuzzi with hot salt water, it's so relaxing for my whole body. The Sauna is clearly awesome, you can even choose the temperature based on their room. And they make some variation spices/ingredients/smell (salt, honey, mint, herbs, etc) every hour in some sauna rooms. I recently visited the thermal bath and wanted to provide some feedback. Firstly, I was disappointed to encounter a strong smell of urine in the toilet area. This was quite off-putting and affected the overall experience. Additionally, I noticed that the inner pools had not been renovated, as I could see old Kalk (lime) residue. It would be great if the management could address this issue to maintain cleanliness and comfort for the visitors. On a positive note, I appreciated the presence of a friendly personal an a lifeguard at the Wellenbereich. It felt reassuring to know that trained personnel were overseeing the safety of the visitors. Furthermore, the thermal bath offered plenty of space, allowing for a relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere. The slides were enjoyable, providing an element of fun to the experience. However, it was unfortunate that there seemed to be a lack of proper control or supervision around the slides, which could potentially lead to safety concerns. Overall, there were both positive and negative aspects to my visit, and addressing the areas for improvement would enhance the overall quality of the thermal bath. The Sauna area here is great. It has its own side entrance too so you don't need to go through the main pool area. The pool itself is good it has slides and is quite adventurous for kids. Rrlatively small, must be busy during holidays. We have visited later in the afternoon at 5 pm and this place was not crowded. They have big restaurant inside. Two hours visit was just enough. We came all the way from Berlin and were not disappointed! We started our stay with some lunch. Food was good, not overpriced and had decent portion sizes. (Lunch ladies were very friendly and hospitable) Both the main compartment and the separate spa compartment are great! We felt very comfortable in both settings! Only downside was that the spa area did not have a thermal water pool. Overall we would recommend this place for anyone and would come again! The pools are great, the only disadvantages are that you cannot buy tickets upfront and therefore on the weekends there could be massive queues. No variety of food offered. Very good, but not Saturday)) There are a lot of people on Saturdays.
