Great place. Not so clothes norse girls. No beers. One need to pay 50 krones to access a bar where alcohol is allowed. The normal enter fee is Kr150. Very descent hall for personal fitness and family leisure activities. I come here with sons quite often due to the variety of pools. I also come here to swim laps. There are 5 pools catering the little ones all the to the more athletic 50m to shallow water catering to the more fragile of swimmers. There are also 2 water slides. Changing rooms are well kept with options for family type changing rooms. Light foods are also served. There is gym as well. A relatively recently constructed hall, large and airy and easily accessible with car and public transportation (the train station is 10 minutes walk away). Has several pools (both indoor and outdoor), water slides, jacuzzis, a small restaurant and a fitness centre. A good place to take the kids on a boring Sunday afternoon. Ends up to get pretty busy but I really enjoy the 50m pool. The main issues here are the changing rooms and facilities in general, they're worn out. You also better had bring some coins for the locker because they dont have the nice electronic band system like the other pools in this part of Norway. Great place for families and friends. You can even bring your own food and drink if you want to. They got a in every size, even outside. Utebasseng om sommeren er prima Excellent facility with more than enough space for adults and kids. The staff are also very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Can we start by saying the lack of empathy from some of the people who works in here ? I came with my son and I asked one of the people who works as a course teacher if I can borrow a toy so my son could play with me she said and I’m quoting “ nei” we don’t borrow stuffs. So I asked one of the lifeguard girls if I could and she said of course !!! Also, please make it easy for mothers who go with babies. Easy in the sense of the entrance in the changing rooms maybe a changing table? Also, don’t be rude. I don’t know why I got the sense of discrimination in here. I won’t ever come back here also the fact that it is expensive sorry won’t even come back and I won’t ever recommend a mom to come here! Expensive entry for the content. Tasted awful, and as a bonus we got sick when returnering home.. Showers cannot be temperature controlled. Way too hot for small kids (40C+). Obs! No soap available in showers. Not many Norwegians to spot, although quite pricy. No-one seemed to follow the wash rules before entering the pool, despite visual illustration and translation to English. Decent activities, however a bit crowded. We paid a lot of money for so many facilities that were 'out of order'. Some area was limited for use since there was course going on every hour. This is winter vacation and many of us travelled from Oslo and further, so thumbs down to Drammensbadet. La igjen fries som jeg kjøpte, hadde spist halvparten og gikk fort for å hente barnet mitt, så var det borte fra bordet. Da jeg spurte de i kassa hvorfor brettet mitt er borte gikk jeg beskjed om at de må rydde bordene. Ligger masse andre ting på bordet, så det var for å frigjøre bordet heller. Var masse vis av nok plasser for andre å bruke. Fikk noe ny eller samme mengde engang. Veldig skuffende. Med de teite prisene deres i tillegg. Er på besøk i Drammen og tok med meg min 10 åring for å bade. Betaler full pris for bading og opplever når vi kommer inn at hovedattraksjonen med bølgebasseng og strøm er stengt. Vi drar fra badeanlegget etter 30 min skuffet. Var opplyst om dette på nettsidene heller. Dårlig opplevelse denne gangen med drammensbadet. At dere faktisk tar fullt betalt for foreldre som bare skal være med barna og bade et jo tragisk av dere. Og begrunnelsen fra dere er at det er vanskelig og følge med på hvem som bader og er ganske tynn. Ja vell, kanskje noen gjør det, men dette er grådighet fra dere. En annen ting er at vi fikk beskjed at nå var det nødvendig og dusje siden dere hadde åpent ute nå på sommeren... er vell så koselig å vite at man bader med fullt av møkkete mennesker. Også vil jeg nevne disse svarte flisene på gulvet deres, de er glatte og burde aldri vært lagt på gulvet deres. Ellers er badet flott og ungene koste seg i bølgene. Skikkelig farlig der gikk in i bølgene før det hadde starta satt fast og jeg skrek for hjelp.
