Ohne den Rad Shop im Hintergrund in Domaso hätte ich meine Tour um den Comer See nicht fortsetzen können. Musste mir ein Multitool (25€), zwei Reifenheber (13€) und einen Schlauch (9€) kaufen. Für 47€ absolut faire Preise und Zahlung mit Kreditkarte möglich. Nach 15 Minuten hat mir dann die Inhaberin noch das Rad mit dem Kompressor wieder aufgepumpt und es konnte weitergehen. I ran into a problem with my during my tour, and thought it might be the end of the road for me. But thanks to the incredibly helpful staff, especially the lady who swiftly fixed the issue using specialized tools, I was back on track in no time. Her expertise and kindness truly saved the day. The experience was pleasant and the bikes were in good condition. We were however overcharged by €15.00 (cost of two e-bikes as opposed to the one e-bike and one mountain we used). We did and 2 bikes were given just before us to other people and the others were booked! At the end we were screamed at and insulted. Very positive experience with renting a mountainbike here. This high quality Santa Cruz full-suspension mountain was very well maintained. Shifting gears went smoothly with the SRAM set. The owner was very helpful in determining with routes to take and provided all equipment to make small adjustments to the or change a flat tire. My wheel lost presure and on a Friday evening Michelle checked it and changed the tire/ pneu at short Term. She handled it really carefully and professionel because of its electronical shift. Additionaly she has a unexpexted range of shoes and bicycle wear hence I bought a pair of KLS shoes for my Gravel-bike as well. I really appreciate her expertise and would recommend her. Great full for our e-mtbs in this small shop, only 24hrs to have our bikes ready even though the day was so busy for her. Amazing, really thanks!
