Always have a fantastic break here. Great for public transport just a 10 minute walk to train station with direct trains into Edinburgh and down to Newcastle. Campsite always spot on, flat and easily accessible. Town centre a short walk away great for exploring local area a further a field with lots of fantastic places within easy reach. Great trip to Berwick upon Tweed, Haven , Caravan Park' Unfortunately, the caravan I got was basic amenities. It was not a very good heating service it was so cold that I ended up buying a heater and a very good sleeping bag! I really enjoyed my time away with my family and best friend.. Excellent walks and parks 👏 Berwick upon Tweed was a lovely place to visit , plenty of cafés and places to eat and drink 🍸 Really lovely Park with beautiful surroundings. Staff have been super friendly. Downside it food is pretty expensive which you expect drinks are priced way too high when you have a few kids. Also swimming was great but no signage to say you need a £1 for lockers before you go in and once we had got in staff couldn't open till to change notes for coins which wasnt helpful really. Jordan in the entertainment lounge was amazing and made the kids evenings when he was working. Would definitely come back again but would eat off site more Edit: appreciate the professional reply. I was unaware of the options in the app. I'll add a star for my mistake there. Thanks! We had a pet friendly caravan and let's just say it's clear they don't deep these properly. Couch was nasty. Sinks also smelt bad and needed a deep clean. No toilet scrubbers Arcade IMO isn't as good as Craig Tara, ticket machines regularly breaking with only 2 active out of 4 on the main bit. Night entertainment was... poor. Singers were not entertaining and it was always singers no dancers or comedians etc. Bingo was on each night which the missus liked. There's a chippy and papa John's inside the arcade, prices are relatively good value imo. Never used the restaurant. Beach nearby which is great 5-10 minute walk, nice walk but you need to go down several stairs. Ice cream van at the top if the weather is nice. Also golf right next to the park. Town is really close by and it has a huge selection of wee shops, cafes and a great view of the bridge. Nice wee walk around and a local chippy as well just up from B&Ms is very good! We got one of there bronze vans. basic and excellent value. Been here for 4 days before in bad weather this time it was spot on. Arrival is a breeze everything booked in . Norma northeast friendliness without fuss. Site was with.well stocked shop Went just out of season so quiet took the basic package within what we always do.. lovely walks to the beach and into town via golf course and the millitary ramparts. Everywhere was clean, with friendly helpful people. Will be going back again. Recommended. Fantastic place. Caravan was really nice and clean. Nice polite staff. Lovely food. tidy pool area. Great entertainment to suit all ages. Bar ques were quick as staff were efficient and worked hard We have stayed at Berwick/ Haven three years on a run now. We come with my son, his wife and three children. It is an excellent park, well maintained, lovely views overlooking the sea. Entertaining second to none, the activities for the children are amazing. The staff can’t do enough. Caravans spotless. Having booked this 3 night stay at Haven, Berwick was really excited to check in on Friday the 14th November 2025 however the check in was between 4/5pm so we didn’t actually arrive till 4:30ish and had to wait for daughter to finish school, so anyways as soon as we checked in we found our van and left our bags and stuff there and went for food the next morning we have come across several concerns with the ‘clean’ van as the photos show mould in the bedrooms and cobwebs plus dirty linen as as reception was shut we didn’t know who to report it too due to myself having kidney failure didn’t want too risk my health with the conditions of the van so we up and left just one day after arriving and contacted haven via the web chat and said they would make improvements for future stays having not been given the service I paid for and the rubbish response of Haven I’ve contacted my bank and under the consumer rights act I am well in my rights to do this Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
