We chose the “Viti&Cultura Bio” experience, which offered a beautifully guided tour through the vineyards and modern eco-designed cellar, followed by a tasting of Animante, Satèn millesimato, and Rosé millesimato. Each cuvée spoke of refined craftsmanship, terroir expression, and the unmistakable freshness that defines Franciacorta at its finest. The Animante was bright, mineral, and perfectly poised — a true introduction to the house style. The Satèn offered creamy depth and elegance, while the Rosé millesimato was vibrant, with fine structure and notes of wild berries and rose petals. The tasting was accompanied by artisan grissini, Parmigiano Reggiano, and cured meats, presented with impeccable hospitality. The setting — overlooking the vineyards of Provaglio d’Iseo — adds to the sense of timelessness. What truly stood out was the warmth of the team and the feeling that you are welcomed as a guest, not just a visitor. This is a place of passion, not pretension. That said, I bought over €1000 worth of from their on site shop, only to find later that you can buy them 6-14% cheaper from online resellers.
