We were staying here on this in a holiday home with private access to the ocean. So we did enjoy this little here daily. If you arrive by car, there is a good number of lots right at the main road here. But they fill up very fast. After 10pm it is full - at least in high season. Parking is actually free, even though some local guy will try to charge you. The is free as well, even though there's a small kiosk, where you can rent chairs and get some ice cream and sandwiches. It is a stone beach, so just a towel will not be very comfortable. And I have to say that there's quite some garbage on the beach. Besides that, it's a little beach. Mostly locals and Italian Tourists gather here, not many international visitors, which is a good thing. The here is really and warm. Very as well, at least in the morning. In the afternoon, when the tide changes, more algaes and garbage are being washed close to the beach. So take you swim before that. It's not a perfect beach. It's not the cleanest. But when the is still it's just so beautifully warm and almost without waves. Really nice. Also to get a glimpse of the local life. Not worth for a daytrip I guess, but if you're around this area, surely worth a look. After 7pm the kiosk closes and most people will leave. A good moment to enjoy the for an evening walk or to let your dog have a quick swim. Come during the week. The weekends are packed here. But the views are incomparable. Bring all of your own stuff as there is nothing here but rocks. You may want to bring some sandals or acquasocks to get in the too. One of the nicer beaches I've seen around Palermo. A really beautiful beach. The here is and not too deep in the start, so it's good to come here with kids. There are some parts with rocks but mostly is without. I really liked this beach, the view around is amazing. There are 2 Caffe bars to grab something quick to eat or drink. In summer time can become crowded so if you want to be in the front better come around 9am or early. Ma ripeto, ci sono posti peggiori 😁 Kafara is chaotic on weekends – parking is hard to find and the meter only accepts coins. The bar staff aren't particularly friendly or helpful to tourists. Mostly locals come here and unfortunately leave a mess behind, much of which ends up in the sea. The only real upside: if you swim out a bit, the is cleaner and there are rocks you can jump from. Great sea, beach. The cafe crew was strange to be honest. Dont know how they manage to be that much grumpy in the paradise. beach, the sea is a bit not clean, neither is the itself.. maybe due to covid-19. But however it is decent and It’s fine, and the is but the noise and crowd were too much - that’s why 4 stars. There is a kiosk where you can rent sunbeds and an umbrella (€20 for the day for the set) which is not the cheapest but I’ve seen more expensive. You can also buy drinks and paninis there so it’s nice. No toilets though. The gate to the is closed during the night. Highly recommend, but maybe not in peak season ;) Mare selvaggio Very beach, water, however the access is open from 8:00 until 19:00 and there’s no shower. water, bar, a lot of parking spots with payment via EP app Schöner Ruhiger Strand. Steinig. Heerlijk strandje, door naseizoen niet zo druk. Wel kiezel strand maar lag prima! Great beach. Beautiful and beautiful rocky floor. A lot of places to hide from the burning sun. My favourite in this area. Access gates are closed at 19:00. Questo è uno dei miei posti preferiti, pace, comodità e mare sempre pulito.
