This is probably a very nice thermal bath, and one of the few in France with an informal, family feel. Kids only allowed in the mornings. But I have to give it minimum score because the website says that there is availability, all hourly slots, but then when you actually try to add a reservation to the shopping card it fails. When we went there it was closed for non-reserved guests. So the evening before I expected to be able to come at any time. It said 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 etc (earlier in the week I only saw a few slots later that day). In the morning at 8:30 I expected to be able to come at 10. When I actually went to book at 9:00 I couldn't. When I showed up at 10 there was a big sign saying that nobody is allowed in without a reservation. So no bathing. They need to get their reservation system sorted to avoid people planning their day and then getting bumped. We came to this place for the bains, we have been refused access as our swimsuits were beach shorts. I bought it as a swimsuit and I have never been neglected access for this reason. I asked for an explanation, they told me it is the policy. (I tried to understand the policy from the Internet, I think it does Not make any sense). Very nice place to relax. Hot water in winter is something unusual especially when you see others ski around. We came with kids and they also enjoyed it. All went perfectly. As a negative, since we came in winter, the hairdryer was not working properly blowing cold air. We usually revisit this place every year... This facility is in a beautiful location and no doubt in the past would have been incredible. We however found it to be somewhat run down and very over crowded. Even though we had pre-booked we had to wait 15 minutes in a very cold line to enter the facility. The changing areas are confusing and overcrowded and then a lot of the facilities just simply don't do their job - the steamroom and sauna aren't hot because there are too many people constantly coming in and out - I suspect they also aren't set that high. The views are lovely and the water temperature in the indoor and outdoor pools are nice. An experience but not something I'd look to do time and time again. If you are indecisive about going here, take this as a sign not to. I will give you couple of reasons why: 1. Overcrowded. There is no such thing as relaxing in silence here, you have to wait and pray to find a spot to just sit. 2. Steam room and sauna are not even hot. There isn’t 10 seconds without someone walking in or out of the room. 3. There is no towels, you need to pay for them separately, there is no soap(not even speaking about shampoo or conditioner), no hair dryer, not even privacy. 4. There is no separate showers, and the changing rooms don’t even lock, 2 people tried to enter while I was changing. The only mildly decent thing is the outside pool, which again is overcrowded but if you manage to somehow find a space, the view is quite pretty, the stars and the mountains look fantastic. Well, until someone comes and literally pushes you out of the space you found. Best of the best. Cleaned and staffs were there to ensure that the floor was dry. Big place and price was competitive. We loved it there and enjoyed relaxing afternoon after skiing. No admission with anything but speedos, and this policy not visible on the website while making the booking and paying for it. Only possible to buy the swimwear on location and refund of reservation not possible. At least the overpacked human soup outside looks nasty enough! ATTENTION to all foreign tourists (especially those who are not from the EU)! They stole money without actually providing the service! We came to this spa specifically from another city. We paid for entry, but they did not let us inside the spa. The staff did not like my husband's swimming shorts. We got dressed and left after 10 minutes. Then we demanded a refund at the reception for the service that was not provided. 4 different managers spoke to us in turn and under various pretexts simply ran away from resolving the issue of returning the money, while deliberately switching to French to lead the dialogue to a dead end. There was no information on the official website about clothing restrictions. It is surprising that in 2025 such non-customer-oriented places exist. Disgusting, worse than ever. The day was ruined. We do not recommend it to anyone!
