Best time to go is on Friday, when the brewery is working and you can see the process in full swing. Visits for tourists are in the afternoon: first at12:30, last starting at 16:30, one tour is 90 minutes long. A tour includes 45 minutes tour and 45 minutes beer degustation. What I would suggest is to buy some snacks beforehand for the degustation as to not drink beer with no chips etc. It would have been great if one could purchase souvenirs, beer glasses, etc. Our guide was a nice guy and a good english speaker.
