Lovely little resteraunt. I like the menu choice and friendly atmosphere. Need to book at popularvtime though. There is a good choice of drinks and wine and there is ample parking right outside. Wow this place has got to be the best in the uk not just the northeast, food was absolutely amazing, staff were amazing, never had this kind of service anywhere before, Lee the head waiter is a top class guy, we were given 2 free shots each as we were celebrating our 2yr anniversary together, I've ate ok food and paid silly prices at some restaurants and not received half the service or quality food like this little gem has, can't wait to go back, the whole team should be well proud, Thankyou lads so much for a very special evening xxx We have water here twice over the end of December, I have to say I was impressed, on all fronts. The restaurant is a pleasant place to be , the parking is easy and the food is good value and of a really good standard. I would return and time and would recommend you give it a go. The pizzas are well cooked and tasty the pasta is well cooked and flavoursome. Overall a good local restaurant! First and last visit, afternoon meal booked as a christmas work lunch to give it a go ordered drinks all fine ordered starters and main, one of us 6 asked for a main to take away pizza to be exact and the man waitering I assume management abruptly replied we dont do meal deal takeaway which i found extremely rude, my friend didnt even want it as a meal deal she was willing to pay the full price for what she wanted to take away for her husband and I felt it was just a total flash of arrogance from this man, who then forgot to take her order other friend pizza arrived burnt I ordered the chicken and mushroom in a white wine sauce it was bland and i found myself on the toilet twice defo wont be back and certainly not worth the money. Excellent food and service but the atmosphere was a little tense as other people were waiting a while for their food. We visited Raffaelli's New Year's 2023 and had a great night out with friends staff and food was fabulous 👌 highly recommend. Great value, tasty food with very friendly service. We had the 2 course menu and everyone was surprised by how good it was for the price. Just visited this little Gem of a place. My son and I had the set menu. An absolute bargain. 3 courses for only £10.95. Service was top notch and will certainly be back when my son next visits or I get some friends. My congratulations to the staff who were great.
