The only positive I can think of was the Location of the hotel - really easy to find, just aside of the main road and the woods start right above the hotel wall. and calm place in the nature. The staff and service - it was fine, even though not quite helpful. The Rooms: We stayed there with my girlfriend for two nights. We requested a double room for a couple and what we got was two single beds. There were some strange bugs on the floor of the room. Some food remains have been left on the floor and not cleaned up. The Relax zone: poorly maintained overall. Small pool, water was not clean enough - visible at first sight and it was a little cold (not ok for the winter time). The sauna was dark and the floor was disabled and required a fix. We had to turn the sauna on by ourselves as the staff did not take care of that. The salty room and hot tube were completely useless The Restaurant: Food was not really well prepared at dinner and the dishes were a little overpriced. As there have been few guests on Saturday morning instead of block-table we got a prepared sandwiches for breakfast without being ask what we would like to have - bread was starting to get bad - noticed some mold spots. place with great hospitality from the hosts. However it’s not well maintained: leaks at the toilets, hard to lock door, etc. Nobody speaks English except one young man and the vibe from the staff (except him) was that we’re not wanted there. One lady went as far as to mock our daughter for asking something in English. The food is amazing, really delicious, they make it really fast and honestly all of it is amazing, the rooms are perfect, really beautiful, the pool is clean, i use this hotel for a second year and the service is amazing, really kind and cool people work here.
