Nice coffee and tasty ice I went in for the chestnut ice-cream and I must say that it was the best I ever tried. The owner was really friendly and she was also helpful with some other clients struggling to find a seat. The only downside (neglectable from my point of view) is that the toilets were out of service. coffee was ok, cake also, but the service... omg! older woman, covered in tattoos was so rude, angry, chased some kids from the table, screaming in italian although it was obvious they couldn't understand...worst place visited in Italy so far excellent ice and coffee! I took the lemon flavor and I was delighted, real lemon without sugar and additional sweeteners. I really enjoyed eating it. my friend took the oreo flavor and the biscuit pieces were inside, real oreos, not some substitutes. the waitresses were very nice, I tried to order in Italian and they were immediately smiling and approachable. it was crowded, we barely got a table, you have to go inside yourself, order and take it to the table, you can wait in line to order. but I didn't mind waiting when I tried that excellent gelato. Poor ice seemed not fresh full of ice and lacking flavour. We went to a better local place afterwards as was soo unsatisfying. I recommend looking for places with higher rating in the area. The ice was decent. I got the stracciatella and caffè. I came around 5pm and there was a rush. They were able to manage the rush pretty well. And the lady who served me was nice enough to setup the credit card machine even if she initially motioned for cash. They were quick but not rude. She took the time to ask me if I wanted 2 flavors instead of just one. The tables outside were clean and there was always someone who wiped it with disinfectant in between customers. AMEX cards accepted. Pedimos helados y no sabían a nada, sobre todo el de almendra. El de limón se salvaba pero todos tenían trozos de hielo. No lo recomiendo, menos mal que al menos el precio es normal. Nos gozamos una discusión entre el servicio, cobrando mal los pedidos aunque los corrigieron rápido. Los helados EXCELENTE! I’ve never had soo much pieces of real nuts and fruits in an ice cream. It was balanced sweetened, not over sweet. The two ladies were so lovely and very welcoming. Tables were clean, the atmosphere was very familiar. I didn’t wanna leave this place ever and try every one of the flavours :)))) Gelato buonissimo e personale molto accogliente. Extremely rude staff (two women) who seriously could not be bothered...ice was average compared to any of the others we had on a 5 week trip throughout Italy...
