I met the worst employee (dark blonde,short-haired girl) ever at the cashier .. no reply to my"dobar dan", not even saying the price I had to pay once she scanned my groceries, no reply to my "adijo",extremely pissed-off face all the time.. same treatment to the customer before and after me, the bad mood was so thick that the customers in the line were staring at each other to see if it was just them feeling that ..and no,it was all of them.Eurospin has good prices,though,but do something since your some members of your staff scare customers!
