Every other stand (minus the mini pret which cant fit more than 1 person) has at least 2 front of house staff. Sort it out King, I purchased one meal which is more than the advertised wage you offer per hour. You can have more on, especially at lunch times. Take care of your better. Shame on you. Quick service. The guy on the front was well mannered, and there was a woman also working who was on the ball and keeping the orders moving. Served in less than 2 mins, Food was decent, as expected. The place was really busy, took about half an hour to queue, order, then queue for collection. When I got it the wasn’t as ordered and then it was back to waiting again for their mistake to be fixed. Rest of the food was cold by the time the was remade. £30 for 2 people? Best give this a miss! Really good fresh prepared food. Lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend a stop Chips were half cold. Lady working on the shift smelled our milkshake before serving it to us 🫣 Did not enjoy meal at all. Wíll not be going to BK for a long time Kiosk orders take forever with a lot of upsell. Some people were taking over 5 minutes to order and then another 15 minutes for food. Avoid if you’d like a quick motorway stop. Ordered a meal when it was very busy and got the food very fast. All the were very helpful, kind and polite. Ordered the new wagu , was amazing supper polite and friendly staff, was a tiny wait but was supper busy.
