First time in this shop. A great variety of fresh fruit and veg. Choice of fresh and some frozen. Prices were very reasonable. I have ordered from them from the pass without any major issues, but the last 2 have been what in very disappointed to say, at least.. 2nd last delivery turned up late to say had to change vehicle due to low immision zone. Erm, I'm not even in it . Delivery was 2 hours late on Saturday. Last week was shocking. Place went threw with no problems email them to say to leave with neighbour as I'm out all day. It never showed up. No phone call, no emails, no nothing. Apparently, my was cancelled due to an error saying I'm n the g40 area. Nope, I'm not. I'm in g4. was cancelled and never told me. But they kept the money. I received a phone call n then an email. On Monday. Told em to cancel n want a refund. This is Tuesday, no refund .. absolutely disgusting. They have now sent an email saying they had refunded me, but the bank app says it hasn't.... Will never go here again ... Visit here regularly when I’m on my last break from work, excellent prices for the filled rolls compared to other places, nice customer service and very friendly 👌 I ordered my butcher for Christmas every year. Great value. Quality of the produce is fab. Staff are really helpful and friendly. We will be back next year! Great prices. Young girl on the till. ( very tall girl) Robin I think her name is? Very polite girl seems very happy at her job. Very polite and chatty.. if only all shops had staff like her... keep up the good work Went a bit over priced ,used to get a few good deals but now the pks online are ridiculously over priced, delivery was 4 hrs later than slot, when I asked about it they said well you got it didn't you and that was that, Love there fresh so tender and no fat I always buy the mince and stew. Would throughly recommend it . Food Fayre is excellent. Covid aware and very friendly. Great range of and veg. Their specials are fantastic. I had the tomahawk steak last week which was amazing. Home delivery is quality. Cannot recommend enough. Got a £600 from here to fill my chest freezer with a variety of things everything is brilliant quality had no problems with anything and tastes superb especially the Italian meatballs Loved this place and spent a fortune here but the amount of times the mince and chicken has been off is ridiculous. Spoke to guy on messenger who said hed get back to me... never did, even after asking again about it. Sorry that was supposed to be 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️,butcher was amazing such good value be ordering again 👍😊 Always first class with theses guys. Whether it’s through Facebook or online or even the shop you cannot fault them. I always regularly and always get my Christmas meats from here. There’s usually a offer or 2 to be had. Highly recommend getting a wee roll or that at lunchtime 👍🏼 Get most of my from here, never had any issues I done an online today for delivery. The ordered was delivered and one item seemed to be missing. I spoke to the driver who checked back my and said that I actually hadn’t ordered it. I’m embarrassed to say he was right and it was my mistake. I was slightly annoyed at the time as I thought I was right. An hour later the man returned to my door with the missing item which he definitely didn’t need to do as it was completely my fault. What a fabulous customer service this company has.
