This is a modern boutique chic in a fairly ordinary setting (small suburban town, no views). The rooms were beautifully appointed, comfortable, spacious and quiet. was very good - lots of options - offered in a bright and large room. Free parking. The is excellent and the food is fresh, beautifully presented and very tasty. My tortellino was large, the pasta homemade and delicious. My lamb dish was perfectly cooked with a pesto. My wife had the tortellini with Parma ham and parmigiano. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you want a change from traditional Bavarian accommodation (which is also very good!) then Rossano is a good choice. Worth it for the alone! Surprisingly nice! Easy access from the highway with convenient in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. Absolutely exceeded our expectations especially taking into account our late arrival. Enjoyed a nice included with the stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend it to people traveling. Fantastic hotel, super rooms, shower & excellent resturant I had never been to Germany before I stayed there in March for two weeks. I was nervous, but the owners and staff were and ever so patient with me as I tried to navigate speaking almost no German. The is attached to an ancient tavern but is beautifully done and very modern. The Italian in the is EXQUISITE! I wish I could have been there longer to try everything on the menu. is early and fresh, and they keep you with coffee. I sat outside and drew a picture of the hotel, and another from up on the hillside overlooking the valley. The village around it is lovely, easy access by train, and castles and countryside around. You absolutely need to give this a visit. Perfect hotel! The rooms we super clean, beds comfortable. It all looks brand new. Excellent breakfast. They were also because we forgot electronics in the room and they immediately notified us. I am infatuated with this place!! I knew the moment that I pulled into the lot that this was one of the best decisions I made to stay here. It’s located in a quiet, small town and a short drive away from the Ansbach city center. The staff is warm, friendly, and very accommodating. The itself is very clean and decorated very tastefully. It has been renovated recently. The original building is historic but you wouldn’t know that if the pictures weren’t on the wall or if weren’t advertised. That’s how of a job the renovation is. It has stairs although not that many and a lift which is when you have luggage. I would actually rate it much higher than a 3 star for quality alone. For hard sleepers, you may want to bring a supportive pillow or two or if you ask, you may be able to request an additional one or two. The price point is also attractive and you get a lot of value for your money in regard to both the food and stay. The is a standard German but they do prepare different type of little round omelette style eggs that are pre-made. The bread selection and coffee were very good as well. The situation is critical at dinner time at least over the weekend. However, there are additional spots within walking distance from the and when you dine here, you’ll quickly come to understand why the lot is full. Dinner here is nothing short of fabulous from the presentation to the taste. I had the fish menu one night which consisted of the fish soup, sword filet, side dish of the day which were grilled vegetables, and a dessert. I couldn’t finish everything because they give you a lot of food. The fish soup alone is pretty filling and the sword fish is big. The dessert was pleasantly portioned although I had to pack some of it to take away. Each dish was a star in its own right, I was dancing in my seat after each bite and it didn’t hurt that they play bossa nova jazz lol. I was so happy afterwards and slept like a baby later. Another evening, I had the goat cheese starter, the Mediterranean fish dish with a small salad. Finished with the biscuit with chocolate and pistachios. Again, I couldn’t finish it all but I was delighted to have tried these fabulous dishes. The owner convinced me to try the starter because it is one that is wildly popular with guests. I hesitated because I’m not a fan of goat cheese as I find the taste overbearing. However, I am so glad that I allowed her to do that because I have never experienced goat cheese like this! It had just a subtle punch to it but it was buttery and almost reminded me of ricotta cheese. In fact, after I had it, I asked the owner to adopt me which thankfully for me she happily obliged and announced that I was now her daughter to the other patrons in the room😁. I purchased their olive oil which is unique to the restaurant. It is divine on fresh bread and I already have ideas on how to use it in my salads. I also purchased their Moscato because it’s one of the best I’ve had. Be aware that they are open for a limited time on Sunday so you need to plan for dinner accordingly. It takes a few hours to drive to get here from where I live however, I have to admit that it’s certainly worth the trip just to stay at the and dine at the restaurant. Especially, since I now have to see my adoptive parents regularly who cook with so much love! I can’t recommend this place enough❣️ Arrived late on Sunday and was still welcomed by owner. We set up times and all important invoice requirements from my company. From there on, all went just splendidly smooth. Clean room, super comfy bed - what else more could you ask for? Great breakfast, coffee :) Dinner...incredible good, service again. Definitely will come back. The most host having your best stay at heart! I have staid a few times and am already looking forward to coming back. Clean and friendly rooms, incredibly fabulous and fantastic Italian restaurant. It's rare to book a that looks like the pictures online. This property was even better! The staff was attentive and kind, and made us feel welcome. The included was the best we've ever experienced. Six of us had dinner, and we agreed 100% it was fabulous! Close to the train and an easy drive to our events in Ansbach. We will definitely book again!
