The only bad thing is the Czech standard of service in the restaurant making it more a canteen level, no empathy, overlooking guests, not waiting for guest finishing the sentence when making order, noisy behaviour with throwing the bottles in the box etc, running over the place in fact even with 4-6 guests in the restaurant, just creating the atmosphere of urgency...typical Czech gastronomy level. I could see a disappointment in faces of some German visitors. Openly, that is reason I rather make some more kilometres and go to Germany, however not for Czech standard of service, that is not my original intention. I had an outstanding experience at Fahrschule Karl Kraus, thanks to Marco, my personal trainer. From day one, Marco was incredibly patient, professional, and encouraging. He took the time to understand my learning style and tailored each lesson to ensure I felt confident and prepared. His clear explanations, calm approach, and practical tips made all the difference, and thanks to his guidance, I passed my exam on the first try. Marco truly goes above and beyond to ensure his students succeed. Highly recommend both him and the school!
