I've come here for maybe a little more than a week. Im a German foreigner. Yesterday, somebody spilled my full beer all over my dog and the floor by bumping their backpack into the glass. I told the bar lady what happened and asked for cleaning supplies because as a person of christian faith I saw it as my duty to clean it up myself and give the staff a break from dealing with this in a very over crowded place. The person responsible for the mess didn't react at all even tough I asked them to pay for the full glass of beer they just spilled.they completely ignored that and pretended to not speak English. I live here for years and even granny's, seventy years plus speak English. Not all of them of course. The glass was okay though. Today a small glass that is used for travarica fell from my table. I don't know why, I was watching YouTube on my laptop at the time. The bar lady accused me of spilling the drink yesterday although when it happened yesterday, I told them who spilled it. This is the last time I was here. I don't know if this was genuine confusion but I live in Croatia for fife years and I've been around Zagreb. People like me are not that welcome. If I was a twenty years old student from Zagreb, I guess all would be okay. Thanks a lot for the feeling of being discriminated. I am also a homeless person. Never the less I paid every day at least ten euros in drinks to sit here, get warm, charge my phone and use my laptop. I gave a tip whenever I could. I DONT SMELL just because I'm homeless. When waiter came he said that he doesn’t like to go out on the cold terrace and take orders as he was in short sleeves. Worst service ever but and ambient is ok. Bila sam jucer u kaficu platila sam dvije kave sa novcanicom od 20€ i ostatak je trebao bit 18€ i neka smeda zenskica iza sanka mi je vratila 17€ i tek sam danas skuzila. Sramota da ne znaju matematiku i kradu. 1€ je 8 kuna!!!!!!!
