Obviously very keen to turn around as many customers as they can through the day 🙁 their menu does not have prices, which should make you suspicious of their intentions. At the end when I paid my bill, I found out that a compulsory 25% charge was added to the bill!? How outrageous, most places make it discretionary, or add 15% maximum for good service, not 25% for very bad service. They really don’t have manners and they definitely don’t know how to deal with customers. They should send their staff on courses in decent places to learn how to serve customers. Please do not encourage such greedy businesses that exploit tourists. I would never go back to that place The dry carbonara tasted like it was made 4 days ago and reheated in a microwave (the middle even had a chunk of hard noodles with no sauce.) The pizza wasn’t much better/very bland. also very slow and subpar. Not worth going, even for the view. Lovely place for a nice cappuccino! The entire staff was very friendly! But having higher transparent prices for location is totally fine to have imho. Even though the cafe was fairly empty we were rushed and they wished to take away the coffee before it was even finished. While not impressed by the at all, added a star for a good coffee. It would be ok if it were not MADLY EXPENSIVE. I really feel robbed. It looks like a humble spot however, the price of everything from a simple coffee to croissant is multiplied by 2. Avoid! There is a handful of better places just steps away. They charge 25% surplus on the bill for a that didn‘t exist. We had to wait for way over an hour for a pancake. When reminding the waiter of this she was ignorant. After this reminder, we waited a reasonable amount of time, but the pancake did not come. When we wanted to pay (we didn’t want to pay for the pancake we did not receive) the waiter was extremely rude and threatend to call the police if we didn‘t pay. They finally put a pancake in a plastic box for takeaway.. Since the whole scene was just ridiculus, we paid and moved on… Worst experience in Sardinia so far!! Stay away! 25% surcharge for a like this is just ridiculus!
