We were the only ones there. The place is self service so you order at the front counter. Really nice draft Czech poured with really nice foam. We also tried to order a latte since it was on the menu but the bartender said only espressos. So we just had the one drink and checked out another place. Most "pelinkovac" (Croatian herbal liqueur) types I have ever seen in any pub or nightclub. Very high quality of Pilsner Urquell, keep doing so well ! This is a self service bar, I don't have anything against that, but the bartenders that helped me were rude. At least the is cheap and the terrace is nice. EDIT: OMG! Even rude to my review! I am not a tourist, I live in Zagreb for many years and the bar had many tourists around me the day I was there. Anyway that is the wrong mentality to run a business. The service is on the counter (self service), good music, cheap (no food). Cosy bar with Nice atmosphere, friendly, serviceminded staff :-) Atmosphere definitely not for everyone, but it's like a typical english/scotish pub inside – not a lot of space, usually a LOT of smoking, and above-average loud music. Service is at the counter only, and pay immediately, which is very clearly stated at every table, and so is the QR code for the menu (thank God). Now, the terrace outside unfortunately suffers from a pretty unlucky problem – the traffic from the street (the so-called "green wave" or "zeleni val") right by. It is so damn loud. Every couple of minutes, during the green light, don't even bother trying to talk, cause no one will hear you. This is of course not the pub's fault, but it can be solved by, for example, installing something like a tent around it or similar. Nice atmosphere but they only had and wine and nothing else...besides the serve the beers woth large heads, which supposedly is how the Czech do it. The guy at the bar was not very nice, first I greeted him and he didn't answer, they didn't have the we wanted (not a big dealnit could happen) but then when we wanted to pay they didn't let us pay with cash, but after us, he aceptes cash from other people. Then we sat at a table and started to play cards, more than half of the bar was empty and they told us that we couldn't play cards. If we wanted to play something we could just play chess. The truth is that having so much empty space we didn't bother anyone drinking and playing at the same time. I would have expected that being in a bar it would be more relaxed but nope. As I walked into the bar, the big girl bartender greeted me with attitude, im not looking for a friendly service, but her face bro! The was just okay to get you hydrated or drunk, nothing to boast about. The best waitress ever is the one working in here. The short haired one - always smiling and cheerful, last night she brought us vodkas just for the kindness of her heart! Ordered 4 beers for 2 people but was happy hour so we got 8 for only 13.20€ Last night was really great. The bartender was also very nice.
