The positives are that this sort of more refined cafe is a welcome addition to Velika Gorica, which is otherwise a little bit "rough and ready", and the cakes and brownies really are very tasty. Less positively, the service we received was shambolic. The was not trained to use the electronic ordering device and so confused our order three times, which at first was funny but soon grew tiresome. I ordered an extended black and emphasises that I would like a generous dash of hot water to the espresso. What I received was just a very small dash of hot water - fair enough, this is a question of interpretation, but when I asked him to top it up with some more hot water, so that it would be to my liking, he seemed flustered and told me to add a dash of the cold drinking water he had provided! At first I thought he was joking but he really meant it. I found this attitude pretty poor. Good bar with nice cakes, they have offers on combination options (coffee+cake, coffee+cock,...) Maybe a bit on the higher end with prices, and definitely should invest in some heating on the terrace (since inside is smoke free). The shop and the quality of the products are actually nice, hence the 2 stars (otherwise it would have been 1). We have gone to Leggiero with a friend for a cup of hot chocolate (which we have had before and it was amazing). However, this evening, there was no whipped cream, but the didn't bother to mention it. He took the order and brought the two hot chocolates with no whipped cream, and when asked where the whipped cream was , he simply replied: we are out of whipped cream and left the table. Upon reviewing the receipt, he/they have charged the full price even though they have failed to serve the product as advertised. Very disappointing experience 😞 Never entered but it looks pretty cool from outside Nice place for having a drink. A bit fancy for my usual taste but they have great selection of natural juices and great cakes at reasonable prices. Blueberry cheesecake is a must try. The situation I had with the who took my order today was disgusting. I was forced to pay in cash when it was perfectly possible to pay by card. I politely asked him why I couldn't pay by card and he answered me in a very rude way and with a very high tone of voice that he couldn't do it..., it's shameful. The other who was behind the bar, I think he was the manager, asked us if everything was ok or if something had happened and I told him about the bad way the other had answered us, and he apologised for what had happened. The rude answered his own companion badly when he told him off and said that I had the right to pay by card if I wanted to. I have been observing during the time I have been in the bar the treatment he has had with other people and it was also very bad. I don't understand how such ill-mannered people are working in front of the public, if you don't like treating customers well you can do something else where you don't deal with people.
