Really friendly staff; super straightforward process getting set up after arriving (you just put whatever belongings you don't need into a locker and take the rest to the room). Our suite was stunning -- all brand new and generally very modern. Don't be fooled by the wide-angle pic, the whirlpool is huge and plenty of space for two people. The sauna was really comfortable (you can pick between 60/75/90°C -- we chose 75) and the huge shower was nice with its different settings. Food is quite pricey but tasty, good portion sizes, very easy to order via the tablet and quickly delivered. You can also use the tablet (or your phone) to control the lighting/music in the room. We stayed for 3 hours but I think 4 would've been the sweet spot. We'll 100% be back! Wow..... Great experience 😃 The room was clean, the staff nice and the features as advertised. We thought the prices for the food were a little bit expensive but when it came we noticed why… It was so delicious ! And the portions are also a big size. We will definitely come back :) We recently enjoyed the Love package, and it was a fantastic 3-hour experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the facility was spotlessly clean.
