Fun place but quiet small playing area We organized team building in advance for 2,000€ with Lasertag, pizza and drinks from the “bar”. First of all the personnel is very rude, unprofessional and very inflexible. The whole arena was booked for us for 3 hours but they split us in 6 teams so we had to wait 20 minutes for every round even they had 20 guns they gave us only 10 and they didn’t let us play in 3 teams to be more in the game than waiting. Very dirty place and unhygienic. The equipment is very old or homemade. You can shoot only head because of the receiver which get sweaty after previous players and you have to put sweaty tag on your head! Disaster and unhygienic! Restrooms are disaster, see the pictures! Arena is maybe big but very poor organized for LaserTag. The guns are not able to be registered per name since the system is not allowing, so they are keeping scores on flip charts?! At the end they couldn’t print as a invoice, they want us to pay in cash without invoice! This is the worst LaserTag we have been! I can’t imagine that this exist in the Koln! Dear owner, By your answer I can see that you don’t have a clue about running customer oriented businesses. What you wrote here as excuse is actually revealing who you really are. You haven’t been there as witnesses or present to welcome us. And your was rude from first contact until last. And even if by any chance somebody was rude there is professional way of dealing it. But there was only 2 people communicating with your staff, me and translator. If you check your reviews you have already complains anout your staff. About us making a complete mess is completely made up story. We had drinks and snacks and it was a team building not going to club because if we wanted to get drunk there is places for that in Cologne. We had few drinks we ate pizza and we had fun playing LaserTag. We came at 8pm and finish by 11pm. We work hard to please others so we know how it is from the other side of counter, and know how to behave and specially because of that we respect everyone who is at least trying to be nice and trying to do their best to make our gathering success. We gave commands to your staff?! And they listened? Really? They treated us like it is our fault that they had to work that night. But your team was from the first word until end behaving like they are not interested to find best solution for all of us. Since not everyone wanted to play I asked to be divided in only 3 groups; “NO he said, I know what is best option. People were falling a sleep in waiting area how boring it was. And that lie about somebody had sex in bathroom is ridiculous! Did you see your bathrooms and showers?! No soap, no toilet paper everything dirty and you said that your had to clean that?! How did they even find anything in your demolished dirty restroom?! There is fecals and dirt already for 4 generations there! Maybe only rats had some fun there, take a sample to vet, he can tell how desperate those rats were! Yes, your had to pickup some empty glasses, peanuts and empty bottles. Don’t you clean at home after your guests leave? Equipment?! Arena biggest in Köln?! Sweaty receivers for head only. It was disgusting! And you still are trying to convince 35 of us that is our fault of poor business?! At end we had to wait 45 minutes to make original invoice because you thought you will be able to take cash money without any tax payment? Almost 2,000€ in the pocket without an invoice, really?! Since you are so shure I will do you a favor and send to you safty, sanitation and tax inspector so let’s see what they think about this black market running business. The were really friendly. It was amazing we had fun and the Kerem was really nice I booked a VR session here for a birthday party and it was absolutely great.
