Was crapping myself but actually had a lot of fun after the fear went away. Ziplines are great and the safety seems solid We've been here with my 5-year-old because it's the only outdoor place I could find that offered sth for that age and size. She was very happy. She loves climbing but normally does just freely climb every tree. So this was a new experience. There was always someone you could ask. Would definitely go there again. Its a good place outdoor climbing activity on big trees you are secure with belts and their ropes and wires system is really very good so no need to worry to fell down and no need to scare and good staff well good mangment as well 👍 Very nice place, friendly staff, diverse levels from easy to very challenging, a very good and fun way to spend half a day in the forest! Got everything from easy to more advanced courses. Sadly their hardest, highest and nicest had to be shutdown 🥺 In conclusion it's worth your while. A disaster. Booked the birthday party for kids. Why only 1 star? Well, the guy that put on the harnesses and helmets on the was great. From then on...we went to the climbing area - no one there. We spend like 10 minutes looking for a trainer. When we did find one, he had to be convinced to give the some information, which he did by doing what the were supposed to do then not help or watch any of them, instead he started talking to other people while some of the hadnt even started yet. So yeah. Then it advertised on the webpage that a guide will go with the if you book the birthday bundle (50€!). No nothing. No one available also. So we had to watch the of 5-6 years who had never climbed before on the facilities ourselves. The parks were not suitable for the smaller chidren at all. The bananas the children were supposed to grab were mostly on the ground, already emptied by others or out of reach for the kids. The treasure hunt was a picture of the initial hut -without the people from schwindelfrei recognizing their own hut. For 15€ you get candy for 5. So bottom line: 2 were meh, and 3 hated it, 2 cried. Never have I been to a park with so many crying kids. Before us, on the facilities behind us - they all were equally unhappy. The only upside: one of the guys around turned out to be nice and gave us some help when some of the in like 3m high trees did not want to go on - as we were not allowed up. All in all: desaster. Would not book again. Maybe with a private instructor - which is 40€ per hour, so for the birthday party (where it says someone comes along but doesnt) that is 100€ extra. Very very bad experience with booking and cancellation..no consideration for customer with advanced full payments.. for a birthday party. When we tried calling them a day in advance, there is no one to contact for any last minute change of plans.. they give no refund nor any vouchers .. in anticipation of rains, parents did not want the children 7-8year olds to do this activity.. so I had to contact them for rescheduling.. but no one picks the calls and it goes on a recorded message.. no one to guide you what to do next.. no one checks on you why such a big party did not arrive?? They are not bothered after taking all the payment. After 2 days they confirm no reschedule or vouchers.. instead they suggested me to take compensation from parents whose they did Not want to send? I was shocked on their suggestions.. this is so rude… I have told all my friends and family to avoid going to such places .. I also got feedback from some friends that the toilets were terrible Great climbing park, even for the little ones. From 100cm the little ones can go on the Bambini parcour.
